1 Managed Corporate Wardrobe Service
1.1 The Contractor must provide a Managed Corporate Wardrobe Service, including:
(a) supplying a variety of Corporate Wardrobe garments in accordance with the requirements detailed in this Statement of Requirement;
(b) ensuring the timely delivery of Corporate Wardrobe items to any location within Australia;
(c) co-ordinating and administering a subsidy program for eligible Employees;
(d) executing all logistics to support fulfilment (e.g. online ordering, order receipt, order tracking, exchanges, returns etc); and
(e) supporting the Department through various activities including customer service, problem resolution, change management and joint process improvement.
