The Department of Human Services is seeking providers suitably qualified to deliver a high quality of Advanced Customer Aggression Training Services to the Department’s Customer Facing Staff, Team Leaders and Managers.

Confirmation that the Tenderer offers to provide the Requirement to other Commonwealth Entities in accordance with clause 11 in Part 1 of this RFT.

The term will be for three (3) years with the possibility to two extensions of 1 year each.
