This Request for Information (RFI) asks for feedback on the draft Head Agreement, and the draft Statement of Requirements (SOR) for the proposed first category of the marketplace, Enterprise Storage.
The DTA does not intend to change the Head Agreement once it is released as part of a Request for Tender (RFT) process through AusTender, including for the additional categories added later.
It is therefore important that sellers who would like to apply for the Hardware Marketplace provide feedback now on the SOR and RFT, even if they do not wish to participate in the enterprise storage category.
The RFI pack contains an optional respnse template at Appendix A which you can choose to use to respond to specific clauses of the draft documents.
If you choose not to use our template, please clearly identify the clauses or sections of the documents to which your feedback relates, if applicable.
