Offshore Patrol Vessel Capability Life Cycle Manager
** PRE-RELEASE NOTICE **
This Notice is intended to notify industry of the upcoming release of a Request for Tender (RFT).
Prospective respondents are advised that the Department of Defence is planning to approach the market via AusTender in or around February 2020 seeking to procure Capability Life Cycle Management services to support the Offshore Patrol Vessels (OPVs) once they are delivered to the Commonwealth.
The attached Word document provides further detail on the proposed procurement. Please note this document is provided for information only and it does not form part of the proposed future RFT. Information within it should not be relied upon in developing responses to the proposed future RFT. Defence's requirement may change.
The Department of Defence intends to hold an industry briefing shortly after the RFT release. Details will be provided in the formal release documentation, and through Austender Notification updates.
No questions will be taken on the pre-release notice. Questions will be taken when the Request for Tender (RFT) is released in accordance with the terms of the RFT.
