Finance requires the provision of a panel arrangement to maintain, service, expand and protect its network and the subsequent infrastructure.

Finance is seeking to engage suitably qualified contractors with the expertise and experience to deliver repairs and maintenance, minor works and small to medium capital projects on time, on budget and with a customer focussed outlook.

Tenderers are invited to tender for one, some or all three of the services categories listed below:

1. Minor Works and Associated Services
2. Fibre Optical Splicing and Testing Services
3. Civil Infrastructure, Minor Construction and Cabling Services

Tenderers must tender for all the Services in a services category and not just part of those Services.

The panel is expected to comprise of no more than a maximum of 12 contractors across the three categories.

Finance is seeking to create a panel for a period of three (3) years.  Each successful Tenderer will be required to execute a Deed of Standing Offer (DoSO).  Finance may agree to extend the life of the panel by extending each DoSO for three (3) further periods of two (2) years each.  Any such extension will be at Finance’s discretion, and will be based on available funding and satisfactory performance by the contractor/s of its obligations under its DoSO and will be subject to written agreement between the parties.

Finance will conduct an evaluation of the Tenders received in response to this RFT.

:

Finance will be conducting an industry briefing on 17 October 2019. Attendance at the industry briefing is optional, although Tenderers are encouraged to attend.

Tenderers will need to register their intention to attend the industry briefing by no later than 2pm, 15 October 2019 Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) by providing the names and contact details of all persons who will be attending the briefing. Tenderers will be permitted to bring a maximum of three attendees to the industry briefing.

Tenderers who have not confirmed their attendance by this date will be refused entry to the industry briefing.

Note:  As the number of attendees for each Tenderer is limited to a maximum of three, Tenderers should take into consideration which of their personnel is the most appropriate to attend the industry briefing.
