Request for Tender for the supply of Logistical Services for the National Medical Stockpile.

The Department is seeking to secure one or more Suppliers to deliver Inventory Management and/or Transport Services to support the efficient and effective management of the National Medical Stockpile.
The successful Tenderer/s will be required to manage, deploy and transport inventory in the National Medical Stockpile during Business As Usual periods and during emergencies. A Tenderer may Tender to deliver both Inventory Management Services and Transport Services, or only Inventory Management Services or Transport Services. This is a unique and rare opportunity for commercial entities to operate in the health emergency management field.
The Department is seeking to procure these services from 1 July 2020 for a period of six years (with the option for the Department, at its sole discretion, to extend for up to an additional four years).
Industry Briefing –The Department will host an Industry Briefing to provide further information on the procurement process and the required services, with details included in the RFT documentation posted on AusTender.
