Description:

the Museum is seeking tenders from suitably qualified organisations to provide digital interactive and linear multimedia production services, which comprise:

• Package A: Digital Interactive Production Services; and

• Package B: Linear Multimedia Production Services,

Other Instructions:

Tenderers may submit a tender for supply of one or both of these Packages. The Museum will not accept a tender for part of a Package.

The Museum has the right to engage more than one Supplier to provide the Services (and may, for example, decide to appoint two or more Suppliers to deliver separate components of the Services and Packages)

Conditions for Participation:

The Museum will only consider tenders submitted by:

a. single legal entities which are in existence at the Closing Time specified in paragraph 9;

b. consortia that have nominated one legal entity that will be the contracting party if the tender is successful; or

c. consortia or joint ventures that undertake to establish a separate legal entity before any contract is signed with the Museum if the tender is successful.
