Request for Tender for the supply of National ADF Petroleum, Oil and Lubricants.
The Department of Defence seeks to procure national Australian Defence Force (ADF) Petroleum, Oil and Lubricant (POL) products and associated specialty products required to support ADF raise, train and sustain activities, exercises and operations. The requirement will be for the supply of over 230 POL products (including packaged POL, bulk POL, and fuel drum stock) for delivery to at least 12 locations. In conducting the procurement the Commonwealth seeks an outcome that will provide surety of supply of the maximum number of POL products with a minimum number of contractors pursuant to a standing offer arrangement that delivers optimal value for money.
An industry briefing will be conducted at Defence Plaza Sydney, 270 Pitt St, Sydney, NSW, 2000 commencing at 10 am on Wednesday, 18 September 2019.
Representatives of prospective tenderers at the briefing will be limited to 2 personnel. Nominations to attend the briefing are to be forwarded in writing to the Contact Officer by 5 pm, Monday, 16 September 2019.
Minimum Content and Format Requirements:
Tenders are to include:
a. a PDF copy of the Tenderer’s Deed of Undertaking in the form of Annex A duly signed by the tenderer; and
b. both a completed Microsoft Excel file and PDF copy of the Tenderer’s response to the Price and Delivery Schedule, using the templates (Price and Delivery Schedule and Price and Delivery Schedule - Alternative) at COT Annex C;
c. completed Statement of Non-compliance provided as a standalone Excel spreadsheet separate to COT Annex B.
