Standing Offer Navy Port Agency Services (SONPAS) 2020

SONPAS will establish a standing offer panel for the provision of a range of logistic support services to Navy vessels including:
a. management services, including ship liaison prior to, during and after the visit, meet and greet, delivery of mail and newspapers, emergency and general information, collection and delivery of naval stores and personnel, sport and recreational information and invoicing;
b. port services, including port entry clearances, pilotage, tugs, wharfage, anchorage, brows and fenders, cranes, power, water, waste, sewage removal and fuel;
c. general services, such as telephones, domestic repairs and laundry;
d. transport, such as personnel boats and hire vehicles;
e. force protection including containers, fencing, razor wire, vehicle barriers, signage, security guards, water borne barriers, patrol boats and lighting; and
f. supply of provisions, canteen and consumable items.

An industry briefing will be conducted at LVL 10, Defence Plaza Sydney commencing at 10.30am on Friday 20 September 2019.
Representatives of prospective tenderers at the briefing will be limited to two personnel. Nominations to attend the briefing are to be forwarded in writing to the Contact Officer by Friday 13 September 2019.
Tenders (including all attachments, annexes and supporting documentation), are to be written in English.
All measurements in tenders are to be expressed in Australian legal units of measurement unless otherwise specified.
Tenders are to include a PDF copy of the Tenderer’s Deed of Undertaking in the form of Annex A duly signed by the tenderer.
From 01 July 2020 until 30 June 2024, with 2 x 2 year options to extend.
