The Department currently issues, on an annual basis, approximately 10,000,000 plastic cards to recipients nationally for the Medicare Service Delivery Brand (Medicare), the Centrelink Service Delivery Brand (Centrelink) and as a service on behalf of the Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA).

The term of the contractual arrangement with the successful Tenderer or successful Tenderers, as the case requires, will be three (3) years with two (2) one (1) year options to extend at the Department’s sole discretion, on the terms and conditions then in effect.
