Construction for a Modular Firing Range and Armoury / Weapons Storage Facility

The AFP seeks responses from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to procure, construct and ongoing supply agreement for the provision of a fully modular facility inclusive of:
(a) 25m x 12 lane live firing range with open tactical design providing minimum 270 degrees training;
(b) armoury/weapons storage facility including weapons store for up to 650 weapons (long arms & handguns), as well as tasers and other assorted weapons., inclusive of ongoing maintenance and supply requirements;
(c) magazine bulk store with sufficient floor space for a minimum of 18 pallets of ammunition and further training ammunition; and
(d) weapons issue room.
Nil
The Contractor must:
(i) exist as a legal entity (see clause 2.3.1(b));
(ii) have submitted a signed Deed Poll of Confidentiality to the AFP Contact Officer’s email.
(iii) has or has the ability to obtain a current Queensland (QLD) Building License of appropriate category for the anticipated value of the works before the estimated contract start date;
(iv) hold all Valid and Satisfactory Statements of Tax Record required for its entity type;
(v) holds all Valid and Satisfactory Statements of Tax Record required for the entity type of any first tier subcontractor that it proposes, as part of its response, to engage to deliver goods or services as part of a contracting resulting from a procurement with an estimated value of $4 million or more (GST inclusive); and
(vi) meet any other requirement set out by the AFP in the RFT Particulars (Part 4) as mandatory or essential,
each being a "Condition of Participation".
