Description:

The Director invites Tenders to provide a submission for the replacement and refurbishment of the Norfolk Island National Park Nursery and associated works in accordance with this Request for Tender (RFT).

Conditions for Participation:

The Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time (see paragraph 8.3).

Timeframe for Delivery:

A deed or contract for the Works substantially in the form of the Draft Agreement is expected to commence on 20 February 2020 and conclude on with an option for the Director to extend for a further six months.
