Airservices is seeking to engage an independent consultant to conduct a review of Airservices Air Traffic Controller attraction, recruitment, initial and cross training process to assess current performance, identify issues and/or causal factors and to make recommendations to improve performance. The review will consider Airservices practices against industry benchmarked best practice.
