Commonwealth Environmental Water Services Panel
The categories for the Commonwealth environmental water services panel include; environmental water monitoring, evaluation and research; environmental water delivery; environmental water governance and portfolio management; economic analysis in the water sector; and environmental analytics and modelling.
The ATO will progressively close for system upgrades from 24 December 2019 to 6.00am AEDT 2 January 2020. As a result, the ATO may not be able to process Statement of Tax Record (STR) requests lodged after 18 December until the New Year. Applications for STR’s should be received by the ATO before 16th December 2019.
Please be aware there is a departmental stand down period over the Christmas period. Any enquiries received after 17 December 2019 will be attended to from 2 January 2020.
Please note there will be limited AusTender helpdesk support on the 23 December 2019 and no AusTender helpdesk support during the Christmas Holiday period from 24 December 2019. The AusTender Help Desk standard operation hours will recommence from 9:00am (AEDT) Thursday, 2 January 2020.
The Customer will exclude a Response from further consideration if at any time before a Deed of Standing Offer is executed the Potential Supplier does not provide a Valid and Satisfactory Statement of Tax Record by the Closing Time, or a receipt demonstrating that a Statement of Tax Record has been requested from the Australian Taxation Office by the Closing Time.
In any case, the Lead Customer will exclude a Response from further consideration unless the Supplier has provided all required Valid and Satisfactory Statements of Tax Record no later than 4 Business Days from the Closing Time and before the award of any contract, whichever is earlier, refer https://www.ato.gov.au/Business/Bus/Statement-of-tax-record/ for more information.
Note to Potential Suppliers: Potential Suppliers should apply for a Statement of Tax Record within sufficient time to meet these Conditions for Participation.
The Lead Customer will also exclude from participation any Potential Supplier that does not exist as a legal entity at the Closing time.
Proposed Deed period: 1 April 2020 to 31 March 2023 - with option for further 2 x 1 year extensions.
