The Therapeutic Goods Administration seeks Tenderers for the provision of a biologically-tuned Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS) system, and associated installation, qualification and user training.
The Therapeutic Goods Administration requires the timely purchase of a fully integrated Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry system for the analysis of biological medicines and vaccines, ranging from highly purified biotechnological products to more complex products derived from human and animal fluids and tissues, and highly complex protein/sugar mixtures found in traditional vaccines.
It is a Condition of Participation in this RFT that the Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time.

The TGA will not enter into a contract with a Tenderer who has had an adverse court or tribunal decision (not including decisions under appeal) for a breach of workplace relations law, work health and safety law or workers' compensation law and the Tenderer has not fully complied, or is not fully complying, with the order.
The TGA will not enter into a Contract with a Tenderer where the Tenderer, its personnel and/or any Subcontractors proposed in the Tender must not, at the Closing Time, be listed as terrorists under Section 15 of the Charter of the United Nations Act 1945 (Cth), or named in the Consolidated List referred to in Regulation 40 of the Charter of the United Nations (Dealing with Assets) Regulations 2008 (Cth).
Delivery, installation and acceptance testing should be completed by the end of May 2020
