Provision of an Open Source Information Collection Solution
The AFP, invites interested parties (Respondents) to submit Expressions of Interest (EOIs) which will be used by the AFP to shortlist for a Request for Tender (RFT) to establish a services agreement for the sourcing of publically available and open source information.
The AFP will exclude an EOI Response from further consideration and inclusion in the subsequent RFT process if it considers that the Response does not meet the following Conditions for Participation:

the Respondent exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time;
The AFP will not enter into an agreement with suppliers who have had a judicial decision against them (not including decisions under appeal) relating to employee entitlements and have not paid the claim.
