Maintenance of Waste Water Treatment Plant

Airservices Australia is seeking to enter into a contract with a suitably qualified and experienced organisation for the provision of maintenance services at the Waste Water Treatment Plant at the Aviation Rescue Fire Fighting Services Training School in Melbourne.
The key objectives of the RFT process include:
a) Soliciting responses and commercial pricing for the required services;
b) Evaluating responses and pricing capacity and capability to determine if the Respondent(s) have met the requirements of the RFT; and
c) Nominating a preferred respondent to enter into contract negotiations for delivery of the services from 29 November 2019.
Respondents must direct any questions regarding the Request for Tender (RFT) in writing via email to: Procurement_ARFF@airservicesaustralia.com 2pm on AEST/AEDT on Tuesday 17 September 2019.
A site briefing is scheduled for 12:30pm on Tuesday 3 September 2019. All attendees must provide their contact details via email to Procurement_ARFF@airservicesaustralia.com by 12:00noon AEST/AEDT on Friday 30 August 2019 to allow for security access arrangements.
The purpose of the RFT site briefing is to provide a tour of the facility that is subject to the required services.
Clarification Requests close 5.00pm AEST/AEDT 10 September 2019.
The following mandatory criteria consitute the Conditions for Participation:
a) The Tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the Tenderer's Tender must not be named as not complying with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (CTH).
b)The Tenderer and any subcontractors in the Tenderer's Tender must not be named on the Consolidated List, being the list of persons and entities who are subject to targeted financial sanctions or travel bans under Australian sanction laws, as maintained by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade at http://dfat.gov.au/international-relations/security/sanctions/Pages/consolidated-list.aspx.
Timeframes for the services will be in accordance with the final contract with a commencement date of 29 November 2019.
