Invitation to Register Interest (ITR) for Head Contractor (HC-1 2003) - Project J0138 Joint Training Facility

Registrations of Interest (ROI) are invited from suitably qualified entities to undertake the role of Head Contractor (HC) for works on the basis described in the Invitation to Register.
The HC will be required to support the delivery phase of the project J0138 which seeks to deliver construction of the Joint Training Facility (JTF), a three level building at HMAS Harman to facilitate approximately 430 users.
In addition to the JTF, comprising of office accommodation, classrooms, 150 person theatre, warehouse, stores and server rooms, the works also include parking for 300 personnel; approximately 150 spaces situated adjacent to the facility and 150 spaces to be delivered towards the northern boundary of HMAS Harman.
The ROI must be lodged to comply with clause 3.1(a)(i), including to the lodgement details set out below and also to satisfy the minimum form and content requirements.
To submit a conforming ROI the Applicant must also satisfy each condition for participation in clause 3.1(a)(ii). The evaluation criteria for the ROI are described in clause 2 of the Invitation to Register.
At the time of issuing this Invitation to Register Interest, the services are anticipated to commence in August 2020 with construction completion in February 2023.
