Cardboard Polling Equipment and Associated Services

The Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) is seeking to engage one or more suitable Tenderers to provide a range of cardboard polling equipment items and related services in support of the AEC’s delivery of Electoral Events.
The cardboard polling equipment is required to support the facilitation of the voting process at Polling Places everywhere that Australian citizens may vote. The equipment must be fit for purpose and built to agreed specifications.
The related services may include but are not limited to design, manufacture, packing and storage of the equipment, the provision of other miscellaneous equipment, potential delivery services and additional associated or ad-hoc services.
The AEC will also require the development and implementation of a manufacturing plan and a risk management plan incorporating a business continuity plan.

The AEC expects an executed agreement/s to be in place by December 2019 with delivery of services to commence from this time.
