In order to obtain access to the full Statement of Requirements, potential Tenderers are required to complete and sign a Deed of Confidentiality, in the form provided as part of this RFT.The properly completed and signed Deed of Confidentiality should be emailed to the Bureau at RFT220a@bom.gov.au with full details of the Tenderer's nominated representative and email address.
The Bureau will exclude a Tender from further consideration if at any time before a contract is executed the Bureau considers that the Tenderer does not meet any one or more of the following conditions for participation: a. the Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time (see paragraph 8.2.3).
The term of any consequential contractual arrangement will be for initial term of 4 years with extension options of up to 3 years each, at the Bureau's discretion.The Bureau may extend the term of the Deed of Standing Offer to an overall 10 years.
