Leasing of Production Printing Equipment 2020
This Request for Tender is for the provision and sustainment of Production Printing and Finishing equipment and associated print management hardware/software for Defence use at the major Defence printing facility, located at RAAF Williams, Laverton, in Victoria, from March 2020. This facility is known as Defence Print Production Laverton and is operated by Defence personnel. Laverton is located approximately 30 minutes west of the Melbourne CBD.
An industry briefing will be conducted in Building L7 at RAAF Williams, Laverton, Victoria commencing at 10.00am on Monday 16 September 2019.
Representatives of prospective tenderers at the briefing will be limited to three (3) personnel. Nominations to attend the briefing are to be forwarded by email to the Contact Officer by 4.00pm local time Thursday 12 September 2019. Only those nominations received by the contact officer by the aforementioned time and date will be granted access for the industry briefing.
All attendees must provide either a current Defence Common Access Card (DCAC), or a current Australian drivers licence, passport or Government issued Photo Identification to enable access to RAAF Williams, Laverton. Failure to provide suitable identification will result in access being denied.
To allow sufficient time for the necessary security clearances, all attendees must arrive at RAAF Williams, Laverton by 9.45am at the latest and report to the RAAF Williams Laverton Guardhouse, where directions to Building L7 will be provided.
