NOTICE: Defence Force Recruiting Services Contract – Industry Engagement
The objective of the Defence Force Recruiting Services Contract is to implement Defence’s recruiting Service Delivery Model in a manner that efficiently and effectively attracts, assesses and recruits the right people in the right numbers at the right time.
Recruiting is a critical function for the Australian Defence Force (ADF) and is performed through several inter-related contracts and functions combining both Industry and Defence capabilities and responsibilities. This results in an ‘enterprise’ approach to recruiting with the Recruiting Services Contract performing a majority of functions.
Defence Force Recruiting is an integrated service delivery organisation which includes ADF personnel, civilian staff and industry service providers. Within this model, the Recruiting Services Contract delivers Recruiting Operations (including candidate case management), Medical Testing, Psychological Testing and Assessment, Marketing and Digital Services.
The purpose of the industry engagement activity is to provide industry with initial notification of the intended retender of the Recruiting Services Contract, understand industry’s level of interest, and seek feedback from industry to assist Defence to understand the capabilities and capacity of industry, which may inform any future procurement activity.
